This is a lovely number problem which can be used to introduce the concept of trial and error and working systematically. There is an interactivity of the problem so you can use this if you have an IWB. This would make a really nice starter when you are studying number. Thank you for sharing.

An interesting interactive investigeation that allows students to see their experimental data graphed and make decisions from that graph.
