About This Lesson

3 example texts about jobs; which students must mark; encouraging them to notice use of a range of tenses; extended sentences; opinions etc. Students then use the good example to write their own text. The second PowerPoint focuses on tense recognition - the slides can be printed and cut up for students to categorise the sentences into past; present; future

A really nice activity, thank you. In light of the last CA I'd be tempted to add a category for verbs with preposition (s'intéresser à, avoir l'intention de, etc) as this seemed to be rated more highly than core tenses for our students. Thanks for the idea!
