About This Lesson

Handouts and activities; with planning to link to Katie Morag topic; differentiateed activities for children to show their understanding of physical and human features of a landscape. Children choose which activity they would like to do - color coding a drawing of Katie's Island; cutting and sticking different pictures of features into the correct column on a table; or using a sheet of useful words to write their own sentences to explain the difference between the two types of feature. Two other activity sheets are on here to use with this lesson as well; under physical / human
