About This Lesson

These are a group of songs and poems. They are easy to learn and will help children learn about planting; growth and the changes this season brings. They can also compare these songs to the flowers they see in their gardens or parks or in the school environment. This is a start for growing new things in the coming weeks and for the children to look at color; shape; size of the different varieties of plants around.

Some nice poems and songs that my Kindergarteners would enjoy. The fit nicely with our plant unit in the spring.
