Dr. Rosemarie Truglio, Vice President of Education and Research at Sesame Workshop, and expert panelists continue the bullying discussion answering the question, "What is bullying?" Parents and caregivers will get a clearer understanding of what bullying is, and how to identify if a child is being bullied or is bullying other children.
