About This Lesson
These days, we are exploring atmospheric topics—like wind, and why the wind blows. The Little Shop of Physics is part of the education and outreach efforts of CMMAP, the Center for Multiscale Modeling of Atmospheric Processes. CMMAP researchers are doing cutting edge research on efforts to simulate and explain the workings of the earth’s atmosphere. And these researchers have lent their ideas and expertise to the Everyday Science show—a collaboration that led to this and many other programs.
