About This Lesson
Students will learn color words, details from text, and discuss details. It allows toddlers to early childhood students to use speaking skills and improve overall language/vocabulary skills.
- Mardi Gras is the last day of the Carnival season.( It falls the day before Ash Wednesday which is the first day of Lent.)
- Mardi Gras celebrates the activities and preparations for the observance of Lent.
- The official colors for Mardi Gras are purple, green and gold.
