Watch Elsa Flores, Ph.D., Associate Professor, Department of Molecular and Cellular Oncology, Division of Basic Science Research at MD Anderson Cancer Center discuss all the cool discoveries based on genetics and cancer research. We also learn about unexpected genetic links to obesity. This award-winning scientist studied piano and ballet as a child and performed several roles in productions of “The Nutcracker”. She later attended MIT and the University of Wisconsin.
