About This Lesson

Students will participate in a class discussion related to social media in a presidential election. They will then view a video clip related to the use of social media in politics and respond to questions using social media as their format for presenting ideas. Students will access candidate websites and discuss the role social media plays in each campaign as well respond to candidate campaign posts using replies of their own and posting them in a classroom display area.
