About This Lesson
Mini Math Mad Libs are engaging math activities that are designed to be done in one class period. There are 5 x Mini Math Mad Libs 4 digit addition in this pack. At the top of each page is a story to set the scene, students then answer 16 questions to narrow down items they need to escape or win. Students get to choose which items to use to "escape" or "win" and use them in the story at the bottom of the page. Each story is different for everyone depending on the items they pick. This activity is the perfect bridge before regrouping in ones, tens, hundreds, and the thousands place.
