I am a 55+ female interested in helping out my community. I specifically would like to help certain groups within my community because there is no representation within our area. I am taking college courses and would love to open my own office someday. I am interested in social work. I have a heart for helping and will do anything I can to improve the lives of the teenagers within my community. I am married to a wonderful man and we have two beautiful daughters. One of my daughters is LGBTQ. She is now out of high school but I had to watch as she struggled with her identity and the inability to fit in. I would like to educate all teenagers about their self worth and how to avoid depression and the stigma that they experience within the educational setting.
