A fantastic resource which employs a just as fantastic thinking tool. I just love ACCESS FM ;) and rarely see it applied so well within Food Technology. The topic is produced in a way that they students are afforded equal and consistent input with enough examples to have the task lead itself, perfect for controlled assessment type tasks.
