About This Lesson
In this lab activity, students rotate among stations set up around the classroom and perform mini-experiments. Each station will demonstrate a fundamental property of gases. The file starts with the instructions that I tape to the lab table at each station, explaining how to do the mini-experiment featured there. Next is a materials list for what is needed at each station--all of the supplies are safe and easy to use. Finally is the lab handout that students complete as they work through the stations. The kids especially love performing the can crush!!
