About This Lesson
<p>This resource gives useful information on three windmills along with possible activities based on them. It looks as how windmills work, gives site descriptions and the use of many simple diagrams helps students to understand their workings. This resource would support development in many curriculum areas such as design and technology, science and local history.</p>
This is geared for British field trips to the site and if you were a British teacher planning a trip to the site it would be useful as background information. But as an American teacher, it does not have much use at all because it does not fit in any U.S. curriculum. Also, it is 10 years old (needs updated).
