      About This Lesson

      Lisa suffered brain injury in a car crash and forgot the first nineteen years of her life. As a result she had to learn to walk and talk again. The film explores the effects on Lisa and her family. The pdf file contains activity ideas and lesson plans to accompany the video. Aligned to Common Core State Standard: SL.7.1, SL.8.1, SL.9-10.1

      A very thought provoking clip, accomapnied by a really useful series of lesson plans. This challenges some of the stereotypes of people with disabilities, so is great!
