Design and make a healthy burger.
The booklet includes:- Investigate 3 types of ready made burgers. Take a basic burger recipe and adapt it. Write a specification for it. Record the nutrients in the adapted burger. Write out a timed order of work. Sensory analysis. Evaluation. Questions about food safety and labeling.
A thorough booklet on making a healthier burger. Whilst one element is missing I think it would be good to use a recent label for this element anyway due to products changing regularly. A complete mini project that would be useful to many food teachers. Thanks for sharing.
