About This Lesson

Watch Fern Hunt, Ph.D., Research Mathematician at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Mathematical Modeling Group, discuss how her mother’s gift of a chemistry set and an inspired teacher opened the world of mathematics and science to her.
