About This Lesson

This is a form to fill out about a source students want to use for research. It goes through the source's credibility, reliability, accuracy, and purpose/point of view, and students answer mostly yes or no questions that correlate to points. After figuring out how many points (out of a possible 14) a source earns, then they explain if they can or cannot trust it and why. If they can trust it, then the back of the handout there is a sample annotated bibliography for them to create.
