About This Lesson
Students will locate the country of India on a world map or globe, examine the different features of the Hanuman sculpture, and relate the character of Hanuman to contemporary superheroes. They will then brainstorm ideas for their own superhero, create a three-dimensional superhero sculpture, and compare it to Hanuman. <BR>Appropriate for Early Childhood Education (Pre-K and younger). I like how this lesson plan addresses multiple learning styles however it is more appropriate for students in upper elementary grades
