About This Lesson
Antisense tricks harmful, disease causing cells into thinking that they are ready to do damage to good, healthy cells, but in reality the harmful cells do not have the necessary tools to carry out the task. By replacing real RNA with fake RNA, Antisense prevents harmful cells from damaging healthy cells.
