About This Lesson
Resource based tasks. 1) Eating for health 2) 300cal dessert 3) Less than 3% fat 4) Pasta 5) HBV Dairy. At the start of the course we would cover these tasks. We would cover the theory, and then follow it with a practical task. Students find their own recipes that they consider are suitable, and achievable in the time allocated. Each one asks for different information to give students ideas for presenting their Controlled Assessment.
A great and really rather thorough set of resources which could be used seperatley of each other or in series. Furthermore could be incorporated into existing schemes of work.
