Architect and Auschwitz survivor Roman Halter talks about his experiences as a young Jew in Poland and being beaten on his was home from school. Sent to the Lwow Ghetto in 1940, he was transferred to Auschwitz from where he was bought as a starving survivor to England in 1945.
A testimony from a Holocaust survivor that will not fail to engage students. It is a good length that it could be shown a few times so that students have a chance to extract all of the key points themselves.
