About This Lesson
This is one of several PowerPoint lessons that I have uploaded for 6-8th grade students. The lessons are skills based and all cover war texts - from a variety of different wars. The lessons are contextualized in terms of the war period that the text originates from. The lesson is ready to teach; although you will wish to adapt and differentiate. The other lessons can be used alongside it; but all are suitable as stand alone lessons. This lesson gets students to write from the persepctive of a soldier.
