About This Lesson
Students are to apply their knowledge of the changes in transportation during the Industrial Revolution by creating a board game. They must address both positive and negative aspects of roads; canals and railways. Differentiated by outcome. This is a creative way to get reluctant learners to engage with the material.
I liked the starter and plenaries, and there was some good guidance for how to complete the board game. Incidentally - what was the answer to the starter?!
