About This Lesson

Using an Internet population clock to record data, then graph drawing and investigation using another website. Links with Secondary Geography Unit 3 -People everywhere and Primary Unit 25 Geography and numbers.
The lesson asks students to use population data to predict how overpopulation will affect future decision-makers. There are higher-level thinking questions. This would work well as a cross-curricular activity with math, because it involves graphing and trends.
