About This Lesson
These curriculum materials present works of art from a variety of times and places, and include both functional and non-utilitarian objects. Most of the six artworks discussed here are related to places of dwelling, emphasizing items that are part of our daily life or surround us in our homes. Each one is part of the permanent collection of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA).
