Up to its usual high standard this is a good set of resources for getting students to think more closely about Heat and Energy. Do take heed of the safety instructions if you decide to perform the (seemingly) simple observational experiment. Covers specific and latent heat, cooling curves and questions are included ( with answers ) based around Energy = mC?? and similar.
