About This Lesson
This pack was produced by Wessex Archaeology as part of the HLF-funded Time Travelling by Water project. It contains resources, ideas and lesson plans to explore local history and geography through an exploration of rivers and settlements.
This is one of three resources I have downloaded from Wessex website which also includes the Tudor Seafaring and WWII. All of which I found to be an encouraging and informative addition to the classroom syllabus. I was told about it from a colleague who also found it a great way to learn about an interesting and diverse period in European History!! Five Stars!
