About This Lesson
Considering the war on terror in the world today, what should be the priorities of the United States in providing foreign aid? Students form small groups to hold a collaborative discussion on the question and rank forms of U.S. foreign aid from most to least important. Students should try to reach a consensus on ranking the forms of aid.
