About This Lesson
The lesson on the Mexican-American War is intended for middle school social studies, but the model of running a flipped, differentiated lesson should prove useful in far more content areas and grade levels. The flipped aspect of the lesson involves students preparing for an in-class project by frontloading their instruction at home using an Educreations video.
This is a good example of a flipped lesson and is aligned to CCCS.
