Cut up and scramble these cards and get students to sort which could be used to mean 'yes' and which 'no' - then pose a series of 'est-ce-que questions requiring a yes-no answer and get them to avoid using 'oui' or 'non' - improves speaking and verbal agility - then move to pair work; perhaps timing or tallying how long each partner can go without falling foul of oui/non. You could create a list of questions but I used this after a lesson on generating questions; so they had to make up their own.
