This is really good to uses as a continuous assessment tool for learning and development. How you then use it to inform child centerd planning?

Life Saver!!
Thank you so much!!! This is exactly what i have been looking for. i am in the middle of trying lots of different assessment methods in order to find one that works for me but also the Pre-K teacher that will eventually recieve all this info! I was just about to start typing it all out so thank you so much you are a LIFE SAVER!!!!
