These are reading & spelling resources from www.helpingdyslexia.co.uk Although made for dyslexic students; they would be useful for all children. Sh & Ch should be taught & consolidated separately before using the resources that combine both.Use the word cards; sentences & other resources; just for sh first.
You are right janedd. I have added a board game to use with word cards & sentences + information sheet. Teach sh first getting children to say/ make words with plastic letters & then write dictated words under picture cues. There are sentences with just sh to dictate. The resources that are just for sh should be used first to consolidate. Use board games with just the sh cards & sentences. Ch can then be introduced & consolidated before using the resources for both together. I should have made this clear. Sorry, would not let me post this without a rating!! Mags2612
