Ideal for introducing the rubbing in technique. Either fits an 18cm Victoria andwich tin of their own, or we tend to sell foil flan dishes. Don't cook them in school Victoria sandwich tins because they take too long to wash up! We simply push and pat the mixture out to fit the tin. If they use a rolling pin, they spend too long reshaping it and getting it un-even!
