About This Lesson

This is a fourth grade literature unit based on the book, Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing written by Judy Bloom. The focus of this unit is to provide an understanding of a narrative text through the use of humor, emotion, imagery and real life experience. A unit abstract and a unit outline are also included. Aligned to Common Core State Standards: RL.4.1, RL.4.2, RL.4.3, RL.4.4, RL.4.9, RI.4.8, RF.4.4, W.4.1, SL.4.1, L.4.4 .
