This is a great tarsia activity on multiplying two brackets together each containing a linear expression. The questions are testing and are all of the form (ax + b)(cx + d). You could use this in reverse to test factorising quadratics the x squared coefficient is greater than one but this would only be appropriate for higher. This would make a very good consolidation activity to test how well students understand the process, it would allow you to listen to their conversations and uncover any misconceptions which they have.
