Use a selection of early action word pictures.Put 2 or 3 pictures in front of the child. Can he/she feed to monster cards that you named?Make the child the ‘teacher’. Can he/she tell you which card to feed the monster using 2 words including an action word e.g. ‘eating apple’ or ‘daddy sleeping’
