I definitely agree that it's the spontaneous speaking that needs lots of extended practice. Thank you for sharing this - I will certainly use. One thing I think that helps with spontaneity is speeding up the processing of the questions themselves, so I'm trying to work a lot on activities where they ask the questions as I have found that anything they can ask spontaneously they can always answer.
