About This Lesson

Harness the power of first-person stories using this video and attached viewing guide to facilitate a guided discussion with your students about the 9/11 attacks.

Sonia Agron, a Museum Volunteer Docent, is a retired Emergency Medical Technician who become a recovery worker with the Red Cross at Ground Zero following the 9/11 attacks. May 30th, 2021 marks the 19th anniversary of the end of the 9-month rescue, recovery, and clean-up effort at Ground Zero.
