About This Lesson

Have you ever wondered if you have got what it takes to be an explorer? Introduce students through taking a Cosmopolitan style quiz. Students then explore the symbiotic relationship between empire building and the industrial revolution and build different interpretations.Objectives:To identify qualities needed to be an empire builder (explorer). To make a judgment as to the most important motives to build an empire.
