About This Lesson

Children are asked to think about the question 'Which Air Raid Shelter would you prefer to have and why?'; and use the 6 Thinking Hats (De Bono's) to help them answer this question. When we did this; children had access to a number of primary and secondary sources and then presented their ideas on PowerPoint. The students had to use their answers to justify their thinking.
