About This Lesson
This activity requires students to work on their own and create a restaurant menu. This activity will incorporate art and working on a program such as Microsoft Office Publisher. They will need to research menu's on-line or throughout their town first and this will give them an idea of a menu design that is good and one that is bad. Then they can design one that is attractive but not to bogged down with graphics.
