Food Inc. Reflection Paper

After showing and discussing, the documentary Food Inc. students will write a three-page reflection paper. To insure that they remember the movie correctly there is a note-taking page listed with each "Chapter" of the movie. There are also instructions on how the paper is to be writing and the grading rubric.
As well, I have included the Discussion Guide from The Center for Ecoliteracy, to help encourage, thoughtful assessment of the information within the movie. This guide uses the Socratic discussion approach and includes activates to further students understanding of the subject
