Chopped (Cooking Competition)

Just like the Food Network show! I team my class up into two person groups and give them the "secret" ingredient, from there they have 30 minutes to create & plate a recipe using the secret ingredient and other supplies in the food lab. This activity has the rules and the grading rubic on it.
