About This Lesson
This is a blog created assignment where students take recipes they search on line and change the ingredients to lower fat and calories within the recipe. On this blog page there is a post containing information that tells of healthy substitutions in cooking. Another that supplies links to recipe web sites and the third labeled Recipe Revamp is the instructions for the assignment while the final blog post is the grading rubric for this assignment. This does contain my personal information but feel free to copy and paste the activity for your own needs.
