About This Lesson
This includes a power point presentation, handout to label, lab activity to look at tissue slides and the assessments to evaluate student understanding. Stations are set up around the room. Students rotate to each station where they sketch the tissue slides. (I purchase prepared slides from Wards Scientific) This is an introductory unit. I am trying to get students to begin to understand that not all tissue samples are identical. I use this in my 11th/12th grade Anatomy course as the first unit. Enjoy!!
The lesson is very good, but you need to include the instructions and materials for laboratory.
