CHAMPS - A Positive and Proactive Approach to Classroom Management by Randy Sprick. The digital resources in the book are excellent. The 1st flier is 8.5x11 and for posting so you can inform students of the expectations for each activity. You then monitor & support them in meeting your expectations. The 2nd is an index card sized version. Excellent for kids who need their own copy, for sub plans, in your lesson plan book, etc. The 3rd flier lets you explain the expected noise level for each activity, and then support/monitor them.
