Michael Brix, a seasoned construction professional and business owner, transitioned to Career and Technical Education (CTE) in 2014, bringing real-world expertise to his role as a construction trades instructor at Woodruff Career and Technical Center in Peoria, Illinois. Since then, he has been instrumental in Peoria's CTE revitalization, teaching courses in renewable energy and work-based learning.
